AFTER CLAIM IS FILED THE ORIGNIAL OWNER IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PICTURES OF THE TRAILER (FRONT, BACK, AND SIDES), PROVIDE PICTURES OF THE VIN STICKER ON THE TRAILER, PROVIDE PICTURES OF THE WARRANTY ISSUE, AND PROVIDE A DETAILED EXPLANATION OF YOUR CONCERN WITH ANY SERIAL NUMBERS IF AVAILABLE.

AN ESTIMATE IS TO BE PROVIDED TO KERR-BILT TRAILERS BEFORE ANY WORK CAN BE PREFORMED ON THE TRAILER IF YOU WISH KERR-BILT TRAILERS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE CLAIM.  IF ANY WORK IS DONE ON THE TRAILER BEFORE KERR-BILT TRAILERS APPROVES THE ESTIMATE, ALL COST WILL FALL TO THE CUSTOMER.
